Description
The Hiblow HP-60 is a Japanese-engineered linear (diaphragm) air pump, trusted worldwide for continuous, oil-free aeration in aquaculture, RAS and biological filtration applications. Its linear drive has no gears, belts or pistons to wear out — just a single vibrating diaphragm assembly — giving it a long service life, low running cost and quiet operation at only 35 dBA.
Rated to move 60 L/min of free air at 14.7 kPa, the HP-60 is well suited to mid-size RAS biofilters, quarantine systems and pond diffusers. The rainproof outdoor-rated housing and low power draw of just 51 W make it an efficient, low-maintenance choice for continuous biofilter and pond aeration duty.
- Oil-free linear diaphragm design — no lubrication required
- Rated pressure: 14.7 kPa
- Free-air flow: 60 L/min
- Power consumption: 51 W
- Noise level: 35 dBA
- Weight: 7.0 kg
- Outdoor rainproof housing — suitable for external installation
- Replaceable filter pad and field-serviceable diaphragm kit
Typical applications: RAS biological filtration, pond and tank aeration, hatchery oxygen supply, quarantine and holding systems, and septic/effluent aeration.
Note: pump must be mounted above the liquid surface it is aerating, in a dry, ventilated location, to prevent water back-flow into the pump.
