As fish progress from the larval stage into fry and early nursery phases, their feeding requirements evolve. The Mirafeed 300 is designed to meet this transition, providing precise automatic dosing for fish requiring pellets and crumbles in the 0.5mm to 2mm size range.
Supplied with the 0.3g dose disk (SKU: A00700020), this configuration is suited to smaller fry where fine-grained dosing accuracy is critical to growth performance and feed conversion. The Mirafeed 300 shares the same core engineering as the rest of the Mirafeed range — 24VAC safe operating voltage, compact footprint, easy cleaning, and a design that actively prevents vault and caking problems with fine, high-fat feeds.
The unit is compatible with 3L and 5L hoppers and both flour and pellet spreader configurations. Conversion kits are available to upgrade to or from Mirafeed 100 or 700 models, providing operational flexibility as production requirements change.
Integration with Innovaqua’s Miranda control platform gives operators full remote programming capability — set individual feeding schedules, dose counts, and dose durations for each feeder from a single interface, on-site or via the internet. Miranda supports feeding adjustments based on temperature and dissolved oxygen probe data and maintains complete historical feeding records for reporting and analysis.
