Pure Aquatics Electrode Cleaning Solution

Pure Aquatics General Purpose Cleaning Solution for PH & ORP Electrodes

Pour solution into a separate container when cleaning. Soak Electrode for 15 minutes before thoroughly rinsing electrode in clean fresh water. Calibration can then be carried out. Further cleaning can be done with a soft bristled brush or cotton bud to loosen debris, taking care not to put pressure on the glass reference bulb. Discard any used solution when finished. Store away from sunlight and at even temperature. Keep container sealed.

HELPFUL HINTS:

  • Decant a small amount of solution into a jar for calibration.
  • Do not pour used calibration solution back into the bottle.
  • Discard decanted solution after 2-4 uses
  • Rinse probe in purified water and shake or pat dry when swapping between solutions.

STORAGE

  • Store calibration solution in a dark place away from sunlight at a stable temperature.
  • Keep bottle sealed.
  • Discard calibration solution 6 months after opening bottle.
